I had never stepped foot in a gym and was very nervous. Now, i’ve lost 3 stone in weight this year by regularly attending Leaner Lifestyle coached sessions, never being left to wing it alone, aswell as applying the nutrition education they have given me. Generally feel much fitter and have a lot more energy.
I had totally neglected health by prioritising work for many, many years. Since joining Leaner Lifestyle I have now been able to stop taking my diabetes type 2 medication and have lost substantial un-wanted body fat too.
Since I started with Leaner lifestyle I feel so much fitter and happier with my body shape and at 62 years old,I no longer get chest pain when walking uphill.
I had really struggled post pregnancy in finding motivation and where to start again. Since joining I have lost over 1 stone of body fat and have re-gained my confidence.
